Haiti, a cursed nation
After Haiti revolted against the French and the late 1800s, we put a trade embargo on them. We were scared that the slaves in our own country would revolt and we would have nothing to do with Haiti. Besides, make sure they stay oppressed. Many of a US hand has devastated their country. We set them up for failure, we brought our military in to get our money out after we were scared, they would default on their loan, we have supported horrible dictators. They have been through so many Corrupt leaders that they never had a chance. Now they are rampant gangs and very hard to get them under control. However, the new Prime Minister seems to be doing a better job than anyone else has added it. What a job that would be and how horrible it would be to have that job. When a country has had violence and devastation their whole lives, how can I get out of that?

Trump making 3 billion while in office may be the worst form of corruption but this corruption had always been a part of the US. The violence cast down on the Central American people which US government members had a major hand in supported the lifestyles of the Dulles brothers, one Secretary of State, and attorney to UFC and the other being the head of the CIA!
Oh and how well our propaganda machine has always worked. Edward Bernays, was Ziggy's uncle, and was the master manipulator of the time. He helps governments and corporations sway public opinion. He saw the public as a herd and as irrational. His savvy techniques which are still used today helped sweaty public opinion about Arbenz showing him as a commie sympathizer. The power and money the US sleezier elites have made from this pathetic approach is tragic.
Because of his sleezy techniques, Allende was easily usurped and killed as well as all the rest of these so called dictators. When you have someone after you you have to resort to horrible measures yourselves. The system perpetuates horrible liars who profess to be freedom fighters and horrible dictators who resort to horribly oppressing others for fear the anyone or anything can lead to a capitalist liar oppressing them. Neither person should be condoned. If anyone has to resort to dishonest means to get what they want, they are hurting everyone in the long run. Anyone who is oppressed, will react to the oppression, whether that is taking it out on themselves or others. It does not matter which because their friends and family will become influenced by it.
We all have to have a standard level of lifestyle to make a world wonderful for all of us. Is we fail at this, it always haunts us. We may always be haunted. It would be wonderful if one day we understand this.

Calls them Fake News. Fox had to pay fees for fake news but I guess their less fake now. What is fake. Is he just calling it that? How do we know? Do we actually believe what he says? Should we believe what anyone says if that is all they say, basically because I said so, not because I can sorry my claims. Does anyone believe Trump is a support your claims kind of guy? He is more of the type of because I said so type of guy.
I do not believe I want to follow people who are gone to lead us of a cliff or better yet cause WWIII. No one respects because I said so type of guys. They may fear them. Find the people who have as much of the facts as possible and know facts sometimes become fiction or better facts are found. Buy the best story or factual account at the time but leave room for hedging. Do everything you can not to buy stories at face value. Have respectable people give account is the information they know and where they got it. We have organizations like facts.org and most news organizations have good fact checkers but they can make mistakes. Sadly, most of us hear how news gets distorted by whoever owns them. They does happen. We have to rely on many sources. This may be an account of all of us banding together and paying for companies like the consumer reports of news or pulling our money together for good evidence based journalism.
When we pull out money together sorry of like how insurance companies do this for us and make a huge profit on it, this is like socialism. Our definition of socialism and or ideas of it are kind of warped. Basically to keep us we'd to forking out our money to the people exploiting the planet.
