What a treat! Every bite I wanted to stay in the moment. Many blissful moments at this restaurant. It’s in the top three of my favorite Mexican restaurants. It might be the first, but I need to go back many times to make sure. I will be going back many times. I will be taking all my friends and family. For the excellent service, I would say number 1 Mexican restaurant.

Quesadillas de Chorizo-Every morsel was bursting with flavor. All ingredients tasted as if they came from a very cared for farm. The Blue corn tortilla had a rich flavor, I think it was cortija cheese The flavor is coming out of it too full of wholesome goodness. I usually find this cheese, quite bland, but there was nothing planned about this cheese. The chorizo was full of well blended spices that melted in with the cheese spectacularly. I definitely would have it every day.

Masa Pancake-much more balanced in flavor than the usual corn muffin and pancake and blasphemous to describe it as such but take those flavors add the perfect amount of sweetness and butter and there you have it. Will definitely have again and I am not a corn muffin or pancake fan.

Tetela- at this point on sensory overload. Remember my guest and I both looked at ourselves and nodded as we ate. I do remember it was a triangular corn flour bread like dish with wonderful flavors.

Can't wait to go back!
